Disclosures

Product disclosures

Plain-language disclosures about what FomoIQ is, what it isn’t, and the limitations of the information it provides.

Educational information only

FomoIQ provides educational information about publicly available market, on-chain, and news signals. Nothing in the product is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, and nothing constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset.

No trade execution or account access

FomoIQ does not execute trades, connect to wallets or exchanges, hold custody of any asset, or have the ability to move your funds. It has no access to your wallet keys or exchange credentials.

Third-party data may be delayed or incomplete

Market, on-chain, and news data are sourced from third-party providers and may be delayed, incomplete, or occasionally incorrect. FomoIQ does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any underlying data.

Market confirmation may be unavailable

Some labels are generated without independent market confirmation, when price or volume data cannot confirm the underlying story in the relevant window. This is disclosed on the affected asset section rather than presented as confirmed.

Crypto assets are high-risk

Cryptocurrency and digital assets are volatile and involve material risk, including the risk of total loss of principal. Past price behavior does not predict future performance.

Labels are structured judgments, not guarantees

Each label reflects the evidence available to the system at the time it was generated, filtered through fixed rules and reviewed by a person. A label is not a guarantee of any future outcome, and a Healthy label does not mean no risk exists.

Wrapped and bridged assets are treated as proxies

Where an asset is a wrapped or bridged representation of another asset, FomoIQ treats it as a proxy for the underlying asset for signal purposes. This introduces additional uncertainty that is disclosed on the relevant asset section.

Past performance does not predict future results

Any historical accuracy of prior labels, however it may be described elsewhere, is not indicative of future accuracy.

You are responsible for your own decisions

Any decision to buy, sell, hold, or otherwise act on any asset is yours alone. You should do your own research and consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.
